A beautiful property, well laid out and well appointed. We have stayed in many holiday cottages and this is, without a doubt, one of the best

Beautiful cottage, fantastic holiday. Would highly recommend Toad Hall Cottages to a friend, and would definitely book with Toad Hall again.

Amazing cottage, furnished perfectly. Felt homely with everything you could need to hand. Spent some much needed quiet time away in a gorgeous setting, lucky with weather and cottage well situated for everything. Local eateries delicious and such friendly people all around. Would recommend.

The cottage was excellent and lovely location and well equipped with nice décor etc. Just one problem, which the caretaker, informed us on our journey down, was a backlog of the rubbish from previous occupiers. I put the additional black bags out with the household rubbish but the council only emptied the bin!

Delighted that you enjoyed your holiday and we apologise for the problem with the rubbish. With every area of the country applying different recycling procedures it is easy to misinterpret the procedures for Devon. We've now left clearer instructions in the cottage.

Non functioning dishwasher ( replaced during week ) and overflowing refuse bins from previous tenants did not detract from thoroughly enjoyable holiday in beautiful cottage finished to extremely high standard. We have re-booked for next year and are looking forward to returning to 29 Beesands.

Sorry for the dishwasher and rubbish problems. Rubbish collection and procedures can be confusing, so we've left clearer intructions within the cottage.  Hope to see you again next year.

This is the latest of many holidays I have booked through Toad Hall and my experience has been extremely positive: beautiful well-equipped cottages and efficient, friendly and helpful staff keep me coming back.

We would like to say that Toad Hall Cottages have always looked after us and we are very impressed with the entire service we have received. Well done!!

Our favorite cottage company. Always recommend to others.

We will always use Toad Hall Cottages, we have never been disappointed in the service from Toad Hall or the choice of property

It was a superb cottage in a stunning location

we had a really lovely holiday accommodation was excellent

Just regarding the property - these are only minor things but could do with being sorted - the toilet seat is loose in the en suite and the bed in the main bedroom is quite noisey as in it creaks quite a lot. But we have had a fab holiday and the cottage was lovely and would certainly love to visit again.

I am very satisfied with all my dealing in past years with your company. I have always found the staff to be most helpful and very professional. We had a lovely stay in Beesands this last holiday and we look forward to visits booked with yourselves in the future.
