Property reviews for Beach Cottage

Fantastic cottage, the best so far (we have stayed in many over the past 40 years). Went home feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you

We absolutely loved our week here, some days rainy, some not but who cares, it didn't stop us having fun and enjoying the wonderful views. We haven't got a single complaint, Friday 13th is suppose to be unlucky for some, but Friday 13th arriving here at your cottage was lucky for us!!! Your cottage is warm, cosy, snug

A perfect 'get away from it all' retreat. Just what we needed. It was a delight to be able to open the doors and listen to the sea. So light and airy and a spacious living space. Only minor irritation was not having wifi to check out available attractions/opening times and to have more options in the evening re TV/Radio (pretty awful choice in realtime!). We certainly hope to come back thank you

So sorry that you had a problem with the Wi-Fi. BT were upgrading the cables in the area and lot's of properties were affected. It's all sorted now. The owners are also installing a bluetooth speaker to allow guests to play and stream music from their devices. So hope to see you again. The Toad Hall team.

We have loved every moment of our holiday in this very stylish beach house. Everything is so comfortable here and we have enjoyed exploring this lovey unspoilt area of Devon. We will be back again, can't wait. P.s. Can highly recommend fish and chips form the Britannia cafe.

I have just had a wonderful break at Beach Cottage. I am impressed at how comfortable and well equipped the cottage is, from the comfortable beds to the lovely kitchen. The cottage is an ideal get away, modern and contemporary but comfortable and cosy, its a real treat when the log burner is on and the sea is crashing against the shore. The location is great too, we spent evenings in the local pub just meters from the cottage and enjoyed the walks along the coastline to either side of the property. The view of the sea is breath taking and I spent many hours sat just looking out to sea. This is a true gem of a place. Thank you.

What a delightful cottage, so cosy with its smart modern interior. We sat around the lovely log burning stove with a glass of wine while enjoying the sea view from the lounge. Beach cottage is a gem of a find, well equipped, warm, and very comfortable, and located in an ideal spot to enjoy the local area. Our first visit but not our last.

Beach Cottage 20 Beesands was perfect amazing views and furnished very stylishly. We hope to return.

We had a lovely stay in Beesands and loved the cottage and location and will return to you for another cottage stay in the not too distant future.
