Greenways fulfils every requirement for the perfect holiday home; a warm, attractive house situated opposite the Green in the South Devon village of Bigbury, with a safe enclosed garden and delightful views down to the sea. Bigbury beach, one of the best in the South West with acres of sandy beach and opportunities for watersports of all kinds, is 2 miles down the road, passing Bigbury Golf Club on the way. Footpaths from the village connect to the South West Coastal Path giving access to miles of wonderful walking in some of the most spectacular coastal scenery around. There is plenty of room in this spacious home for all the family - a more comfortable and attractive family home would be hard to find in this lovely area, with the added welcome of a delicious Devon cream tea.

Hallway. Attractive sitting room with sofa and chairs, an open fireplace with pine surround, Freeview TV with DVD, plenty of books and a further wood burner (not for use). Spacious kitchen with painted units, tiled floor, dining table to seat 6, electric cooker with ceramic hob and double ovens, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. French doors to the garden. Utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Adjacent cloakroom with WC and shower enclosure with electric shower. Upstairs: Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, hand basin, sea and country views. Lobby area with fitted wardrobe and adjacent bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, corner basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds and sea views. Double bedroom with 3ft zip linked beds (can be joined to form one 6ft super king), fitted cupboard and hand basin.
Outside: Opposite the village Green, wrought iron gates open to the driveway and a path around the side of the house leads to the spacious lawned garden with sea views, patio area, bench and table.
Parking: In driveway for 2 cars, extra on road parking available.

Walk the miles of stunning South West Coast Path with your four-legged friend, stopping off in quaint villages and deserted coves.
Devon boasts Britain’s Ocean City, Plymouth, steeped in seafaring history, or for a spot of retail therapy why not visit historic Exeter.
You’ll feel closer to nature whilst in Devon, but if you fancy a more exotic experience, try Paignton Zoo or the National Marine Aquarium for great family days out.

Ella Hart age 6 would like to say she liked the room that she shared with her sister , because it was really tidy and she liked chest of drawers. Georgia Hart age 6 liked the beach and also the bedroom. Theo Hart age 11 liked the beach at Bigbury and that his parents gave up a superking sized bed in exchange for a bedroom with a view of open countryside. Their parents were impressed with the well stocked kitchen and lovely decor and furnishings. Only comment for improvement would be the bathroom and shower facilties. Shower room too small, bath obviously well loved cast iron bath and taps are due an upgrade.
Exceeded all our expectations!
From the lovely welcome of the Devonshire cream tea to the immaculately clean, beautiful property, garden and views, this "holiday house" (as named by our 3 year old) was even more impressive than the photos. Well equipped, comfortable, cosy and charming house, this was an ideal setting for a 3 generational family holiday. There was nothing we could want for and the management company went above and beyond to help us when we struggled with the hot water. Within an hour of us reporting the problem, 2 men, 1 plumber, 1 maintenance man, were here fixing it. This is better service than we get at home! We spent lovely evenings in the kitchen chatting and we particularly appreciated the burgh island Poirot video! We had fresh eggs from next door, hens permitting, three wonderful days out at local attractions 2 days on the beach and a happy day just sat in the garden. Wonderful holiday - would ot hesitate to recommend.
