Tucked away in a corner of the quay, this cosy cottage situated above the local fudge shop enjoys fantastic views of the harbour and is located right in the heart of this lovely fishing village. From the lounge window one can observe the busy comings and goings of village life, the ebb and flow of the tides and the daily spectacle of fishermen returning with their catch. The cottage itself has an "olde world charm" with low ceilings and beams and is comfortably furnished throughout. From the front door it is only a few steps to the many popular inns, restaurants and shops that surround the harbour, whilst for the more energetic there are miles of rugged coastline and secluded beaches nearby to explore. Alternatively, Looe provides a host of diversions and the many attractions of Cornwall are easily accessible by car.
Accommodation: Ten or so steps lead up the back of the building to the front door, which opens into the hallway. Well equipped kitchen/diner with table and chairs for 4, electric hob and oven, fridge and microwave. Well proportioned carpeted lounge with sofa and two armchairs, window seat overlooking harbour, TV and DVD . Stairs up to landing with family bathroom with bath (hand held shower) hand basin, WC and airing cupboard. Double bedroom with 4'6" double bed and views over the harbour. Twin bedroom with two 2'6" beds.

Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by horse and cart, electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away. Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.
Beach: Local beach 2 minutes walk. Other south coast beaches easily accessible.
Shops, Post Office, pubs and restaurants, all in Polperro . Looe, with more facilities, 4 miles.
Plymouth 25 miles. Truro 29 miles.
