The icing on the cake is to peep out of any window which never fails to reward and soothe the visitor with water and harbour views.
Accommodation: Approximately 10 steps lead up from the path to the garden gate, leading through to a glazed front door. Kitchen/diner incorporates the character of the cliff face, with slate floor, lovely old farmhouse table and 6 chairs, 2 painted wicker sofas, open fireplace and small TV. Well equipped and recently refurbished kitchen area with built-under stainless steel electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Open tread wooden staircase up to first floor sitting room with leather sofa-bed and further sofa, small old desk, coffee table and open fire, TV and DVD, stripped timber flooring with rug, fabulous views. Staircase up to second floor small landing. Almost at the top, where the stairs curve, there is a solid door to the rear terraced garden. Double bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, electric heater, large old mahogany chest of drawers and hanging hooks on back of door. Bunk room with 3ft bunks, large fitted hanging cupboard and chest of drawers. There are fabulous views from the bedrooms. New Bathroom with bath, shower over, oval countertop basin and WC.
Outside: "Natural" gardens, front paved patio, with fabulous views and garden furniture. Rear, unfenced, moderately steeply terraced garden accessed via stone walkways without handrails (please exercise caution), leading up to the top terrace with a bench from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the harbour and sea. Not suitable for small children.

Parking: There is no designated space. Weekly tickets are available in the main Car Park, or we have a space available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please enquire at the time of booking. Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by horse and cart, electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away. Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.
Beach: Ten minutes walk. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car.
