Step out of the door and you are immediately in the historic streets of old East Looe with its many traditional inns, cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. The fishing quay is a fascinating place to watch the daily catch being landed and fresh fish can be bought in the fish market. The South West Coastal path runs close to the cottage and provides excellent walks for the more energetic with stunning views of this rugged coastline and Looe itself is an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of the West Country.

Front door into small hallway. Lounge/diner/kitchen on ground floor with modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer and microwave. Lounge/dining area has a two seater leather sofa with two matching armchairs and wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD. A pull out leafed dining table and four chairs are provided. Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor bunk bedroom, with 3' bunk beds as well as the family bathroom, which has a bath, (shower over) hand basin and WC. Further stairs lead up to the second floor double bedroom with a 4'6" bed and double aspect windows that flood the room with light and provide views of the sweeping coastline over the nearby rooftops.
