Outside: Reached along a private driveway the property has parking for two to three cars. A path leads down to the front door and the garden extends around the side to a terrace in front of the living room, furnished with table and chairs. Lawns extend on to a private lawn enclosed with hedging, where there is a boules piste. From here there is access to the foreshore. The double kayak, for use at own risk, (please bring life jackets) can be wheeled down to the estuary beach for launching.
