Sea Breeze, a delightful, very comfortable, newly refurbished terraced cottage in a spectacular waterfront position in Noss Mayo, has its own waterside terrace and summerhouse to enjoy the glorious views of the Yealm estuary, whatever the weather. The estuary, sheltered by wooded hillsides, filled with all manner of boating craft, is home to a wonderful variety of bird life and is one of the prettiest in Devon. A short walk takes you into the centre of the village with its excellent waterfront restaurant inns. Sea Breeze is perfect for exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the scenic South West coastal path, the sandy beaches of Mothecombe and Wonwell and just a short drive from the Cornish border.
Accommodation: The front door opens into a spacious, attractive kitchen/diner . The newly fitted kitchen with dresser and dining table to seat 5, is fully equipped with gas hob, electric built-under oven, dishwasher and microwave. The room features an original slate floor and beams that originate from Napoleonic times! Four steps lead down to the sitting room with pretty, decorative Victorian fireplace, two comfortable sofas, TV with DVD, stunning views onto the estuary and French doors out to the terrace. Carpeted stairs lead up from the kitchen to a pretty double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) with dreamy, far reaching water views and a small decorative fireplace. Further stairs up to a spacious twin bedroom with TV/DVD and 3ft beds, one with a 3ft pull-out beneath. Adjacent new bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. 
Outside: The cottage has two terrace areas overlooking the water, one with table, chairs and built-in seating around the enclosing walls , a stunning spot to enjoy the views and summer sunshine. The delightful summerhouse, accessed from the first terrace, is comfortably furnished with a sofa and enclosed with large patio doors, so even on inclement days the scenic views can be appreciated. This room extends on into a utility area housing a washing machine, a small table top freezer and shower room with basin and WC. There is gated access from the lower terrace, via steps, down to the estuary below and the property's private mooring.
Note: Children will need supervision on the terraces at all times.
