The Lodge is a newly converted, detached, contemporary style property in the grounds of a large country house in the hamlet of Woolston, just half a mile from the main Kingsbridge/Salcombe road, and close to Hope Cove and Thurlestone with its fine beaches and golf course. Neighbouring Salcombe, renowned for wonderful sailing and sandy coves nearby, delightful pubs, shops and restaurants, is a short distance away. The Lodge is decorated and finished to a high standard and enjoys views over the south facing gardens and surrounding countryside, ideal for lovely local walks. It's a quiet and beautiful spot, where children can play in the garden while adults relax and unwind. A starter pack of essential items is provided on arrival.

Fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven under, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs, delightful master bedroom with 5ft double bed, wonderful countryside views and portable TV. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Family bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin and WC. 
Outside: Shared driveway to the front of the property with own parking area. Secluded patio with table, chairs and barbecue and private large lawned garden.
Note: There is a small pond in part of the owner's garden so young children should be supervised.
