This is a very welcoming and beautifully fitted out and equipped ground floor seaside apartment that faces directly at the seascape of Start Bay , a perfect spot at any time of the year for couples to escape to. Special features of the property are a superb king size water bed and two smart bathrooms one of which includes a spa bath. The property has easy access, its own parking and faces directly onto the promenade along the sea wall that protects the charming village of Torcross. This village nestles at the end of the magnificent three-mile shingle sweep of Slapton Sands on a spit of land between the sea and the freshwater inland lake of Slapton Ley, a National Nature reserve. A short walk from one of the best fish pub/restaurants in the area, good tea rooms and a P/O stores, there are wonderful walks along the coastal path that passes the door; bird watching on the Ley; watersports facilities offering kayaking, zapcats, wake boarding and kite surfing just further along the beach; and all this on the edge of the glorious hinterland of the South Hams, just waiting to be explored.

Accommodation:
Door from the parking area to a beamed, fitted kitchen. Range of units with a built-in electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. A fine electric Aga is also available at an extra cost. Door into sun lounge. Archway from the kitchen to small inner hall and further arch into a most attractive living room with beams and feature open fireplace. The room, which has plenty of attractive personal touches with a seaside theme, is handsomely furnished
with a leather sofa, chair and footstool, glass dining table for two and a large flat screen TV with DVD. Sliding patio doors lead into a fairly narrow sun lounge attractively furnished with loungers, plants, binoculars and a telescope. Off the inner hallway is a tiled shower/wet room with shower, basin and WC. The striking bedroom features a superb 5ft water bed with a wrought iron bedstead, attractive antique pine furniture, TV with DVD and an en-suite contemporary bathroom with spa bath, bidet, basin and WC.
Outside: Own access through a side gate to the promenade, sea wall and beach.
Included: Bed linen, (not towels), summer electricity and initial supply of fuel for the fire.
Aga (electric) £25 per week if required.
Heating (electric) from end September to end of April £45 per week including Aga.
Security Deposit £200
Parking: Parking for one car in a private area alongside the property - this area is shared with the other two apartments providing space for one car each.
