From the comfort of these outstanding apartments one of the finest natural seaside settings in Britain can be enjoyed. There are fine beaches within a short stroll and the coastal path runs close by, a gateway to hundreds of miles of walking in a remarkable landscape.

Outside: The well landscaped gardens of 1.5 acres, through which are paved pathways, include a delightful sunken garden which is sheltered and secluded with picnic tables, benches and a barbecue.

No.1 is a delightful three bedroom apartment and has the benefit of being on the ground floor with French doors opening from the living room onto a private patio, which adjoins the communal grounds. The apartment is superbly comfortable, fitted and luxuriously furnished to the highest standard and your holiday will get off to a great start as the thoughtful owners provide a welcome pack for their guests. 
    
Accommodation:
Front door from parking courtyard into spacious hallway with cloaks cupboard. Double doors open into a most attractive living room, well furnished with two sofas, TV with Sky, DVD player and CD player and dining table to seat 6. Double patio doors open out to the terrace and gardens. Smart kitchen area with fitted oak units, granite worktops, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer and door to the patio. A separate utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer. Master bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes, views to patio and gardens and an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds and fitted wardrobe. Bunk bedroom with a set of full size 3ft bunks. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: Private patio with garden table and chairs.
