A fabulous architect designed, waterfront house set in a truly dynamic environment, Spinnaker Quay provides the best of all worlds including stunning views across the Cattewater, an inlet off Plymouth Sound, to the historic Barbican area to which a water taxi plies half hourly from close by the property. Here are restaurants, interesting shops, The Hoe, Smeaton's Tower, the Tinside Lido, the National Marine Aquarium and The Citadel all within walking distance, or further into the heart of Plymouth there are theatres, swimming pools, an ice rink, a multiplex cinema complex and shopping. Plenty of entertainment on rainy days. Good fishing is available on Mount Batten Pier or on boat trips. Near to the house is the Watersports Centre offering a range of sailing and kayaking courses; a Fitness Centre with indoor pool and Spa with beautician; a Golf Course. All this is on the doorstep, yet Spinnaker Quay is almost an island of peace and tranquillity with the Coast Path passing the door and fabulous walks from Mount Batten to Bovisand, Wembury and beyond. A shingle beach with rock pools and safe bathing is a minute's walk with a sandy beach at Bovisand just 5 minutes by car. The A38 is just 15 minutes away giving access to both Devon and Cornwall's attractions including the Eden Project, Heligan and Morwellham Quay.

Ground floor:
Level entrance to front door and hallway. Very smart, superbly equipped, contemporary kitchen/diner with fabulous views, ceramic tiled floor, marble work surfaces, five ring gas hob, eye level double electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, separate condenser dryer in hall cupboard, larder fridge, freezer, food processor, coffee machine and TV. Dining table to seat 8 and double French doors to the terrace with great views and patio table and chairs - a perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner. Shower room with power shower, basin and WC.
First floor: Modern sitting room that has double doors opening to a balcony with outstanding views. Large leather sofas and chairs, a good collection of DVD's, CD's, books and a superb 42" plasma wall mounted TV with surround sound and DVD/CD player. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed plus a single 3ft bed, beech furniture, TV with DVD and an en-suite shower room with large shower, basin and WC.
Second floor: Fabulous master bedroom with superb views, double glass doors to safety balcony, a 4ft 6in sleigh bed and fitted cupboards. The third double bedroom has a double 4ft 6in bed, plus a single 3ft bed, fitted cupboards and French door to safety balcony overlooking the courtyard. Between the two bedrooms is a tiled bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin and WC.

Outside:
Spinnaker Quay properties are on three sides of an enclosed bricked courtyard protected by electronic gates. The tiled ground floor terrace off the kitchen/diner is protected by glass safety panels, and provided with table, chairs, barbecue and attractive potted plants. The balcony off the sitting room is also protected by glass safety panels and there is seating room to enjoy the views with an early morning cup of tea.
