A delightful period three storey terraced cottage , situated in the heart of this popular village, beside the Kingsbridge to Dartmouth coast road, near picturesque Blackpool Sands , which is ideal for children and toddlers and is not over commercialised. It is only a few hundred yards from "The Green Dragon" a lovely 'olde worlde' pub and Stoke Fleming also boasts a couple of excellent restaurants. The village shop has a good range of all the necessities of life, including local produce. This pretty stone cottage is very well maintained and has many homely touches, with attractive decor including a wonderful collection of wall plates and unlike many cottages of this era is surprisingly light and quite spacious.

Accommodation:
Front door opens to attractive pine fitted kitchen/diner with Aga (not in use), electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, old pine table and chairs, window seat and radio. Comfortable, cosy sitting room with fireplace housing woodburner (some fuel supplied), TV with Sky, door to patio and enclosed garden. Staircase up to first floor, divided at the top. To the right is a twin bedroom (3ft beds), to the left is a bunk bedroom with 3ft full size pine bunk beds with two large drawers under and coat hanging hooks (there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers in this room). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Door from landing leading to fairly steep spiral staircase (narrow treads and no handrail) up to lovely beamed attic bedroom with double (4ft 6in) bed, stripped polished floorboards, French door to balcony with table and chairs having views over rooftops to the sea. En-suite WC and basin.

Outside:
Enclosed pretty rear garden having two steps from sitting room up to paved patio, with garden furniture. Further five steps to a small lawned garden with shrubs and flower borders.

Towels may be hired from owner by prior arrangement.
Heating night storage and electric free standing heaters end September to Spring Bank Holiday £25 a week.
