From the hallway, stairs leading up to double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and small fitted wardrobe and a twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds and a wardrobe. Large family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, WC and shaver point. Stairs leading to lovely attic bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, small fitted wardrobe, occasional chair and views to the creeks.

Outside: Kitchen back door leading to rear patio with garden table and chairs and storage shed. At the front of the property on a lower level is a sun terrace with garden table and chairs.
