This charming self catering holiday cottage is located on Island Street just a few minutes level walk from Salcombe town centre and car parks. The property has some pretty views of Shadycombe and Batson Creek and a sunny front patio on which to relax and watch the world go by. It also has three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic space with far reaching views.
Accommodation: Steps leading up to property from street. Entrance hall leading to sitting room with two 2 seater sofas, an armchair, TV, DVD and VHS. Hall cupboard with washer/dryer. Kitchen/dining room with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave and radio. Dining table with seating for 6. From the hallway, stairs leading up to double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and small fitted wardrobe and a twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds and a wardrobe. Large family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, WC and shaver point. Stairs leading to lovely attic bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, small fitted wardrobe, occasional chair and views to the creeks.
Outside: Kitchen back door leading to rear patio with garden table and chairs and storage shed. At the front of the property on a lower level is a sun terrace with garden table and chairs.
Included: Duvets, pillows, (guests to provide their own bed linen and towels), and summer electricity.

Heating: (Gas central heating) from end of September until Spring Bank Holiday £20.00 per week.
