The Moorings is an impressive development situated on the water's edge of the beautiful Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary and occupies probably the best situation in Kingsbridge. The apartment has a designated dinghy space for boat/trailer use close to the slipway. All on one level this apartment is suitable for partially disabled with one step up at the entrance lobby and one step out onto the patio area. The grounds are level and ideal for wheelchair users.
