This superb modern development, that reflects the traditional style of local architecture, stands in an elevated position with fine views across to Thurlestone village and out to sea and is surrounded by 1.5 acres of shared landscaped grounds. From the comfort of these outstanding apartments one of the finest natural seaside settings in Britain can be enjoyed. There are fine beaches within a short stroll and the coastal path runs close by, a gateway to hundreds of miles of walking in a remarkable landscape.

Outside: The well landscaped gardens of 1.5 acres, through which are paved pathways, include a delightful sunken garden which is sheltered and secluded with picnic tables, benches and a barbecue.

No 2 is a spacious, ground floor apartment, with French doors from the living room opening onto its own private patio adjoining the landscaped communal grounds and gardens. It is bright and airy, furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a contemporary combination of comfortable and stylish furniture and fittings. Your holiday will get off to a great start as the owners' provide a welcoming complimentary bottle of wine.

Accommodation: Main door from the parking courtyard to front door, entrance into spacious hallway, entry phone. Double doors into a large living room with two sofas (one a sofa-bed, to sleep one person only), TV/DVD, CD player, broadband and dining table to seat 6. Double patio doors open out to the terrace and gardens. Fully fitted open plan kitchen with worktops, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. Door to the patio. Separate utility room adjoining kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Master bedroom with 5ft double bed, sea views across gardens, fitted wardrobes, TV/DVD, en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft pine beds and fitted wardrobe. Single bedroom with 3ft bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: Private patio with garden table and chairs.

Included: Bed linen (not towels), high chair, summer gas & electricity.
