This contemporary and beautifully presented first floor apartment is located in a small, recently redeveloped set .  The coastal village of Downderry has shops, a pub and restaurant as well as a beach, all within walking distance and the popular family beach at Seaton is a few minutes drive away. For those who enjoy exercise the South West Coastal path passes through Downderry and provides miles of beautiful coastline with wonderful views. A walk in the local Nature Reserve is also recommended.

Steps from the parking area to the wide decked balcony and through the front door into the lounge and kitchen/diner. Modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining area with table and four chairs and lounge with corner sofa unit with flat screen TV and DVD. Master double bedroom, with 4'6" double bed and wardrobe and another smaller double bedroom with 4'6" double bed. Between the bedrooms and the living area is the family bathroom with bath (shower over), WC and hand basin. The apartment has central heating with radiators in every room.

Outside: Sliding patio doors open onto the wide sundeck, with table and chairs for four, looking down the valley there are glimpses of the sea. There are also communal grass areas.
