Set in an elevated position near to Batson Creek and its slipways, this good value for money terraced cottage is located only minutes from the bustling centre and waterfront of Salcombe. The cottage is unashamedly old fashioned but being quite spacious it is an ideal location for a family holiday and has the added advantage of a secure garage parking directly below the property, a rarity in the centre of Salcombe.
Accommodation: Steps leading up to property and door into hallway. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Living room with sofa and three armchairs, TV with Freeview and dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Small but functional kitchen with gas cooker and hatch to dining area. Fridge and microwave located in recess in hallway. Stairs to first floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, curtained hanging space and hand basin. Bunk room with 2ft 6in bunk beds, curtained hanging space and chest of drawers. Single/twin bedroom arranged with 2ft 6in bed and 2ft 6in pull out bed, a wardrobe and hand basin. Family bathroom with electric shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Small outside utility room (off rear courtyard) with washing machine.
Outside: Front patio with table and chairs provided, a perfect spot from which to watch the world go by. Small courtyard to the rear, also with table and chairs.
Included: Duvets, pillows, (guests to provide their own bed linen and towels), electricity and heating (night storage heaters and electric fire in the lounge).
