Penryn is rapidly becoming Falmouth's laid-back trendier, eco-friendly little sister and is a fantastic spot for sampling delicious Cornish fare, exploring the nearby beautiful Helford River and the towns of Falmouth, Helston and Truro. Accommodation
Front door into hallway and cloaks area. Door into spacious and attractive living room with laminate wood flooring, large comfortable sofa and chairs, corner cupboard housing flat screen digital TV with DVD and Sky Satellite package, (except movies & sport), Sky Plus box, CD player, dining table to seat 4 (that can be extended) and double French doors that open to the deck area alongside the river. From the hallway, arch into smart, very well equipped and fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, integral fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and extras such as a mixer blender and expresso machine. Carpeted stairs to landing. Pretty double bedroom (5ft bed), fitted cupboards, vanity unit, and French door with Juliette balcony and views across the river to attractive waterfront houses on the opposite side. The second small double bedroom has a superior 4ft 6in double bed with full size mattress, that can fold up into a smart cupboard, or the room can be used for a cot as necessary. Please note when the bed is down there is very limited space. Bathroom with bath, thermostatically controlled shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: At the front of the property is a quiet courtyard that provides parking for the houses and apartments in Harbour Village. There is a private cobbled area in front of No. 3 and parking here for 1 large or 2 small cars. From the living room 3 wooden steps lead to a deck area, that is roped off from the river's edge. This deck area extends without enclosure along the whole terrace, but does not provide a walkway, so the property has its own private area for sitting out alongside the river. Picnic rucksack, teak table and chairs with cushions and parasol provided. Note: The deck area can become slippery when wet.
