The danger of staying at Harbourside flats is that the visitor will be tempted to spend all day on the terrace, relaxing and admiring what are probably the best views in Looe. This recently completed apartment is very well presented and provides comfortable accommodation for couples wanting a romantic break. The less frenetic West Looe, with its variety of well stocked shops and the Jolly Sailor Inn, reputedly the oldest in Looe, is a short walk away, whilst the busier East Looe, accessible during the season by passenger ferry or a ten minute walk offers the visitor a host of pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as the local beach.

Accommodation
Access is up a fairly long slope, but the apartment is arranged on one level on the ground floor and thereby benefits from a large terrace. The front door opens from a shared foyer into a passageway that leads to the spacious light and airy lounge/diner. This welcoming room has a large bay window with French doors that allows stunning views and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair and has a flat screen TV, DVD and Sky box. Modern table with four chairs and an archway opens into the spacious modern kitchen, with gas hob and oven, fridge with icebox, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Small cot room (no cot provided). Double bedroom, with 4'6" double bed and views out to the harbour and the sea .

Outside: French doors open out to the large paved sun terrace with patio table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and enjoying al fresco dining.
