Situated on one of East Looe's historic charming streets and only seconds from the shops and the bustling harbour, is this extremely conveniently placed split level apartment. Perfect for families wanting to explore the excitement of Looe or for couples who prefer to have all amenities nearby. The sandy beach of East Looe is no more than a two minute walk and there are plenty of wonderful walks, including the South West Coastal Path which runs through Looe. There are numerous little shops, restaurants and taverns and here there is plenty to do for all age groups. So, be quick to book this well presented property, a great base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
Accommodation
Steps up from the street to communal entrance. A further flight of stairs leads to number 3. Good sized lounge area with two large windows, two contemporary leather sofas, drop leaf dining table for four, wall mounted music system, 19? TV and DVD player. Bathroom with bath (shower over) hand basin and WC. Kitchen with a range of fitted units, electric oven, hob and fridge. Bunk bedroom with 2'6? bunks, (please note this room is only really suitable for children) canvas storage wardrobe. Narrow stairs lead from lounge to the master bedroom, with 4'6? double bed, canvas storage wardrobe and two Velux windows which are fitted with blinds. (Please note: There is some restricted headroom to the sides of the room, however it is still a good size and is well presented).
This property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm due to the stairs both inside, and leading to the property.
Included: Bed linen and travel cot. (Guests must provide their own towels).
