This is an exclusive development of luxurious quayside apartments situated just outside the centre of Kingsbridge. No. 4 is on the first floor, faces South West and has beautiful views of the ever-changing tidal estuary. A short stroll along the adjoining waterside path brings you to the town centre with its excellent range of shops catering for both young and old, good pubs and some excellent restaurants. This modern property is very well designed both inside and out and is furnished to a superior standard, so comfort comes with style and elegance too.

Stairs from lobby lead up to the first floor and door into No 4. Surprisingly spacious hall and exceedingly well-furnished and very comfortable open plan living room with windows and patio doors (with safety balcony) almost the length of the room taking full advantage of the sunshine and beautiful views. Sitting area with 2 large sofas, chair, TV with DVD. Dining area with table and 8 chairs and most attractive fully fitted kitchen units with integral electric oven, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washer/dryer is housed in a large laundry cupboard in the hall. Master bedroom with 5ft double bed, built-in mirrored cupboards,
floor to ceiling windows and wonderful views, en-suite shower room with power shower, corner basin and WC. Further bedroom with 3ft twin beds and built in mirrored cupboards. A third small bedroom with wardrobe has a single 2ft 6in bed with a further pull-out beneath that can be zip-linked to form a 5ft double, although this leaves very little space. Bathroom with bath, power shower over, basin set in vanity unit and WC.
Outside: Security gates at entrance operated by remote control/keypad code.
