surrounding countryside as it slopes down towards the sea. Dining area with glass table and 4 chairs with tall cabinets housing glasses and crockery. Well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven/grill, refrigerator with ice box, microwave and washer/dryer. One double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, wardrobe with drawers and bedside cabinet and one single bedroom with a 3ft single bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Included: Bed linen, (guests to provide their own towels and beach towels), summer electricity and  heating (electric convector heaters). Winter heating supplement end of September until Spring Bank Holiday £20.00 per week.
