Here time can be spent watching the boats on the river, enjoying the spectacle of the Dartmouth Regatta in August or just relaxing and taking in the views from this lovely cottage - the ideal location for the perfect holiday.  The cottage is also close to the Higher car ferry, providing easy access to Kingswear and the English Riviera and guests have the benefit of a 25% discount on green fees and daily leisure club fees at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club.

Accommodation: Steps up the lane to the property. Front door to entrance hall. Spacious living room with a window seat and lovely estuary views, comfortable 3 seater leather sofa and armchair, chest coffee table,  TV with Freeview, DVD and video. Feature fireplace with gas coal effect fire.  Dining area with glass dining table to seat 6. French doors lead out to a rear patio. Fitted shaker style kitchen incorporating gas hob, oven and grill, refrigerator with ice box, dishwasher and microwave. Most attractive double bedroom with pretty 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and window seat with river views. Twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds, and wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Stairs lead to a newly converted, light and airy double bedroom  in the loft space with a 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.

Outside: A patio at the front of the cottage has table and chairs.  There is also a small rear patio with open tread stairs (caution required with young children) up to a small paved terrace.
