Here the superb location can be fully appreciated, especially when the Trifold doors are opened bringing the sights and sounds of the sea into the room and each balcony provides a superb spot for relaxing in the sun, al fresco dining or watching the sun sink slowly into the sea. A nearby path leads to the beach below, but the house is also a short walk from the golden sands of Bigbury on Sea, which at low tide connect to Burgh Island and the popular Pilchard Inn. This whole area is a haven for lovers of water sports, with plenty of surfing, windsurfing, body boarding, kite surfing and kayaking in evidence.

Outside: Sun deck with rattan style garden furniture with cushions and teak garden dining table and chairs. Barbecue area to the side of the property. The remainder of the garden is sloping and undeveloped, so unsuitable as a play area. Young children should be supervised.
