Door to kitchen with good area of worktops and cupboards above and below, electric hob, extractor hood and oven with grill, washer/dryer and small table for two. Door from living room to small hall with coat hooks. Double bedroom with ornamental cast iron double 4' 6" bed. Window with view to the 13th century church and countryside. Twin bedroom with two 3' beds each with a 2' 6" pull out single bed below, suitable for up to four children. Fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space. Bathroom with wash basin, WC, bath and power shower over.

Outside: Private courtyard and large enclosed communal garden, large lawn with picnic tables.
