7 Bigbury Court is a light, attractive and comfortable apartment, one of a small development of character barn conversions built in the grounds of Bigbury Manor House. Set amongst the countryside and surrounding village of Bigbury with its own private entrance, courtyard and garden, these apartments are in an excellent location for eating out, country walking and just a short drive away from the sandy beaches of Bigbury-on-Sea, Burgh Island and the Bigbury Golf Club.

Entrance shared with one other apartment into small hall to front door. Large living room with two sofas, one a sofabed, TV with video, radio/cassette/CD player, dining area, pine table and seating for 6. Views across a hedge to the sea in the distance. Door to kitchen with good area of worktops and cupboards above and below, electric hob, extractor hood and oven with grill, washer/dryer and small table for two. Door from living room to small hall with coat hooks. Double bedroom with ornamental cast iron double 4' 6" bed. Window with view to the 13th century church and countryside. Twin bedroom with two 3' beds each with a 2' 6" pull out single bed below, suitable for up to four children. Fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space. Bathroom with wash basin, WC, bath and power shower over.
Outside: Private courtyard and large enclosed communal garden, large lawn with picnic tables.
Property: Self-catering holiday apartment
Duvets, pillows, bed linen, travel cot, high chair, summer electricity included. Towels will be provided for overseas vistors by arrangement with caretaker.
Heating (night storage) from end Sept. to Spring Bank Holiday £15 per week.
