Accommodation: No 7, modernised in late 2010 season, provides very comfortable, tasteful accommodation accessed via steps up to communal lobby and well-kept stairs to the first floor. Front door into the apartment and hallway with coat hooks. The split level living room, with fantastic views over the River Dart through a large picture window, has a comfortable sofa, two poang chairs, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player, stereo radio, oak coffee table and dining table to seat 4. The kitchen is well equipped including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven and microwave. There is a bathroom and a shower room, each with a WC, basin, mirror and shaver point. The two bedrooms both have pine beds and pine furniture including full length wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a 5ft bed and, like the living room, a raised seating area with wonderful views of the river. The twin bedroom has 3ft beds and full length mirror.

Outside: To the rear of the apartment block is an enclosed private courtyard with a single parking space for each flat. The fire escape leads from the parking area to the kitchen door.

Included: Bed linen, (guests must bring their own towels) and electricity . Cot and high chair are available by arrangement (no cot linen)
Night store heating and convector heaters from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 a week.
