No. 7 is a smart, well presented and comfortable and is one of a terrace of neat, single story properties on a recently refurbished and modernised development at the head of a valley in the popular village of Downderry. Just a short walk from the beach and some magnificent coastal views this is an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall and nearby Devon. Downderry has good restaurant, pub and cafes as well as a local shop and nearby Seaton has another wide beach with a beachside café/restaurant and another pub. The popular Cornish fishing villages of Polperro and Looe are a short drive away or you could catch the Torpoint ferry across to the historic naval city of Plymouth. Number 7 is smart, well presented and comfortable and has a decked area at the front equipped with garden table and chairs, ideal for some summer alfresco dining.

Accommodation: From the wide decked balcony the front door opens into the lounge and kitchen/diner. Modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, larder fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining area with table and four chairs and a light and airy lounge with corner sofa unit with flat screen TV and DVD. Master double bedroom, with 4'6" double bed, canvas wardrobe and bedside units. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Between the bedrooms and the living area is the family bathroom with bath (shower over), hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside: Sliding patio doors open onto the wide sundeck, with table and chairs for four and looking down the valley you have glimpses of the sea. There are also communal grass areas.
