The Moorings is an impressive development situated on the water's edge of the beautiful Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary and occupies probably the best situation in Kingsbridge. Set in attractive, shared, landscaped and enclosed gardens alongside the estuary, with occasional seating and although not suitable for children's games, they provide an idyllic spot to appreciate the views. All the apartments enjoy these superb views from most of their rooms, balconies and/or terraces with vistas down towards Salcombe, across to the wooded banks and meadows on the opposite side and upstream to the town itself. The town, a short walk, approximately one third of a mile on the level along the embankment, has a wide range of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs and a fine leisure centre. Electric gates secure the entrance to the Moorings and there are designated parking spaces for each apartment and further visitor parking. Good sandy beaches are within 5 miles.

 Accommodation:
Lift from ground floor to foyer. Front door into hallway.  Sunny living room with display window to take advantage of those views, a sofa and two armchairs, feature fireplace and an LCD 37" TV with DVD.  Dining area with light oak table and chairs to seat 6. Door to balcony . Modern kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Master bedroom with views of the estuary, 4ft 6in double bed, fitted  wardrobe and LCD TV. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC, shaver socket and heated towel rail. Twin bedroom with estuary views, two 3ft single beds and fitted wardrobe.  Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC, shaver socket and heated towel rail.

Outside: Door from lounge to private balcony overlooking the estuary with wooden table and chairs. Communal gardens surround the development.

Regret no babies or children under 8 years.
Included: Co-ordinated bed linen, towels (guests must provide their own beach towels) & electricity.  
Heating: night storage heaters, end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.
Parking : Designated space for 1 car & visitor parking. Video phone entry.

Shops, pubs, restaurants, caf?s, supermarkets, banks, post office, cinema and leisure centre all within ? mile level walk.
