This lovely traditional stone holiday cottage rubs shoulders with its neighbours in the lane that leads down to the centre of Kingsbridge, South Devon, a popular estuary market town in the middle of the beautiful South Hams within easy reach of some wonderful sandy beaches and the stunning Devon coastline.  The cottage has a cosy living area and a small rear courtyard that catches the best of the afternoon and evening sun.  Located at the head of a beautiful estuary the centre of Kingsbridge is a couple of minutes walk away and offers plenty of shops, inns and restaurants as well as a sports centre with swimming pool.  The popular golden sandy beaches of Bantham and Bigbury are a short drive away and Salcombe, a lovely seaside town with several of its own beaches is 15 minutes away by car or by a ferry trip down the estuary on the River Maid.  There is not enough room to describe all that the visitor can do in this popular holiday area apart from to say that this cottage allows you easy access to it all and provides a great base from which to explore.

Accommodation:  Front door to carpeted living room with two sofas facing a cast iron gas fire, built in bookshelves and a flat screen TV with DVD.  Dining area with table and chairs to seat 4.  Steps down to light and airy modern kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven under, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. (Washing machine in courtyard store room).  Rear door to small courtyard.  Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Stairs to first floor and twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds (can be placed together to form double), peg rail with wooden hangers and chest of drawers.  Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, small fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Outside: Small rear courtyard with built in seat and bistro style table and chairs.
