Ocean's Edge, a prestigious, smart contemporary development, set above the sandy horseshoe bay of Thurlestone Sands, occupies a stunning position, both secluded and quiet with glorious views across the bay towards Thurlestone village, the wide stretches of sandy beach and on to Burgh Island and Bigbury on Sea. Stylish and elegant the apartments enjoy well kept enclosed lawns and a magnificent outdoor heated, kidney shaped swimming pool (May to mid September). The coastal path runs in front of the property giving access to miles of wonderful walking at any time of the year.
No. 8 is a first floor apartment and enjoys quite outstanding views from all the main rooms and its own private balcony. Supremely comfortable with luxurious furnishings this is a superb place in which to unwind, enjoy the unrivalled views and from which to explore this outstanding part of South Devon.

Level entrance into a communal hallway with stairs up to the first floor and the front door of No. 8. Hallway with cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer. Spacious, most attractive living room with large windows that make the most of the views. Dining table to seat 4 and two comfortable sofas, footstool, telescope, flat screen TV with DVD. Entry 'phone. Glazed door to the balcony supplied with patio furniture. Very smart contemporary kitchen area with granite work surfaces, ceramic hob and double electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher and integral fridge and freezer. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and glazed doors to the balcony. Tiled bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second double bedroom with large double bed that can convert to 2ft 6in twins, wall mounted TV, fitted cupboards, glazed doors that open to a safety balcony and an en-suite tiled shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside: A driveway, shared between the apartments, has designated parking for one car with further visitor parking. A path leads around the side of the building to the enclosed lawn gardens that rise gently to the cliff edge that drops away to the beach below. Note: The cliff edge is not fenced and children will need to be supervised at all times. The superb heated pool is surrounded by a paved area.

Pub, restaurant and shop 15 minute walk over the coastal path at Hope Cove. Thurlestone Hotel, pub, shop and golf course 1.5 miles by foot, 3 miles by car. Salcombe 5 miles. Kingsbridge 4.5 miles.
