80 Saffron Park is a particularly pleasant property. It is the owner's home, so is very well cared for and provides a comfortable base located in a most convenient part of the attractive market town of Kingsbridge, close to the shops, restaurants, pubs and quayside. With two off road parking spaces and set on a quiet residential road on a hillside overlooking the town, it is an ideal spot to explore the beautiful Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary. Kingsbridge boasts an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, an outdoor market and Sports and Leisure Centre with large indoor pool, squash courts and gym. At the nearby quayside you can hop on a ferry that will take you on a relaxing cruise around the creeks or follow the estuary all the way to Salcombe. From Kingsbridge you are spoilt for choice of places to visit, little hamlets and villages scattered across the surrounding countryside or take the beautiful scenic coastal road to neighbouring Dartmouth, famous for its sailing and naval history. Perhaps more importantly for some, are the fantastic cliffs and golden beaches that make this part of the South Hams such a perfect holiday destination.

Accommodation:
Front door into small hallway. Glazed door to inner hall. Attractive sitting room with two comfortable leather sofas, a flame effect electric fire and 32" flat screen TV with DVD and large patio doors that open to an enclosed courtyard. Well fitted and equipped kitchen/diner with laminate floor, dresser, dining table to seat four (limited space), gas hob and built-in electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. A door opens from the kitchen to the courtyard and access around the rear of the property.
Stairs to first floor. Master bedroom with attractive 5ft brass bedstead, fitted cupboards and wall mounted TV with DVD and video. Adjacent bathroom with bath and hand shower, basin, WC and separate shower cubicle with electric shower. Stairs to the top floor mezzanine bedroom with twin 3ft beds, velux window with town views, wall mounted TV and en-suite bathroom under a sloping ceiling, with bath, hand shower, basin and WC.

Outside:
At the front of the property are two off road parking spaces and path to front door. A path leads around to the rear of the house with a gate opening to a very private, enclosed courtyard. This is a sun trap in the summer and is provided with table, chairs, parasol and gas barbecue.
