This neat and comfortable spacious second floor apartment with it's own parking is located right in the heart of the delightful seaside town of Salcombe in South Devon and has views of the estuary from the balcony. Step out of the front door and you are in Fore Street, with easy access to the many excellent restaurants, inns and interesting shops for which the town is noted.  Passenger ferries can take you across the estuary to the golden sandy beaches of East Portlemouth, down to nearby North and South Sands where you can try your hand at the multitude of water sports on offer or steam up the beautiful estuary on the River Maid to the bustling market town of Kingsbridge.  Those who enjoy stunning scenery can take a walk from the apartment to join the South West Coastal Path which meanders along the cliffs and down to secluded sandy coves.  Visitors to the South Hams will find plenty to occupy them and further expeditions to the North Devon coast or Cornwall allow you to fully appreciate all that the South West has to offer.

Accommodation: Stairs from the entrance lobby to second floor front door. Light and airy living room with two sofas, occasional chairs and TV with DVD.  Dining area with glass topped table and seating for six. French Doors onto balcony with views of the estuary (chairs provided). Well equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven under, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and fun children's single bedroom with feature ship's bunk. Family bathroom with bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Separate shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside: French doors from the lounge to the balcony with views of the estuary.

Please note that owing to the two flights of stairs up to the apartment it may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests to provide their own beach towels), travel cot, high chair (for a charge and by prior arrangement with caretaker), electricity and night storage heating.

Beaches: Several sandy beaches accessible either by a short crossing on a passenger ferry or by foot or car.
