Smart, contemporary bathroom with double-ended bath with central taps, shower over, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Note: All beds are fitted with Putnam mattress toppers.

Outside: At the front of the property is a small garden and enclosed driveway. At the rear the terraced garden is on four levels. The upper patio terrace, 4 steps down from the kitchen, is paved and includes a delightful vine covered arbour with table, chairs, barbecue and chimenea. Shrub bordered lawn levels lead down to the lower gravelled area that has a summer house containing garden chairs and loungers.
