Milne's real life character, Christopher Robin. The cottage is very comfortable and tastefully furnished to a high standard with many personal touches. Care has been taken to make this a romantic, atmospheric and welcoming cottage. Blackpool Sands is about twenty minutes walk along a delightful narrow single track lane used only by a handful of cars.

Most attractive sitting room with very comfortable sofas, woodburning stove, TV, DVD, video, CD player, picture window with window seats, French door to patio and three quarter acre garden maintained as a natural wildlife garden and pond, as was the wish of Christopher Robin. Beamed archway to well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner with built-in oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining table and chairs. Ground floor: Double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Two twin bedrooms (3ft beds), one with combination TV/DVD player. Bathroom with bath (shower attachment), basin and WC.
