April Rise is a modern, very comfortable, detached bungalow set in a quiet residential area on the edge of Kingsbridge and enjoys good views of the Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary. All on one level the property has been recently refurbished and provides a dog friendly, relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore this lovely area. There is lots to do in Kingsbridge itself; take a ferry ride down the estuary to Salcombe, visit the large leisure centre with pool, or the attractive shops, pubs and restaurants of this busy and attractive market town. Nearby beaches include some of the best in the West at Thurlestone, Bigbury and Bantham with outstanding walking along the South West coastal path.
