Attractive and newly refurbished, Badgers Sett is a self contained part of a handsome villa that is tucked against a wooded hillside alongside the road that leads straight to some of the best beaches in North Devon. The glorious stretches of Putsborough Sands, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are approximately 15 minutes drive away. Come here in the summer to surf, swim, body board or just build sandcastles and in the low season to walk these golden acres or explore the beautiful wooded Spreacombe Estate opposite. Then there is Lundy Island, Lynton, Lynmouth and beautiful Exmoor all not far away - the opportunities are endless and all to be discovered from the comfort of this delightful little hideaway. The owner is an expert potter and short courses can be arranged for those aspiring to take home their own hand made pot.

Accomodation Triple glazed, the cottage is all on one level with a couple of steps down from the covered entrance porch. Front door into attractive living room with wood laminate floor, comfortable sofa and chairs, flame effect burner, flat screen TV with DVD player, plenty of books, table and chairs to seat three. Small galley type kitchen, well equipped and including most attractive home made crockery, fitted cupboards, electric cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave. Attractive roomy double bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed, wardrobe and a lobby area with space for a cot and access to the enclosed garden area. Single bedroom with 3ft pine bed and hanging hooks. The small shower room, located off the living room, has an electric shower, basin, WC and electric heated towel rail.

Outside: From the parking area (shared with the owners) steps lead up to the patio area immediately outside Badgers Sett with wrought iron table and chairs. There is a walkway and steps to one side, which provides access up to the owners' rear door. A private enclosed sloping area of garden extends from the cottage with steps down to a level lawn.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels (please bring own beach towels), travel cot and high chair (by arrangement) and summer electricity all included.
Heating (part Gas CG and electric panel heaters) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £15 per week.
Pets: One dog welcome, or two small ones by arrangement. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.
Telephone: No telephone, use of owners' in an emergency. Mobile reception good.
No smoking inside the property please.
