Badgers is a most attractive detached family house, set in a lovely garden and situated in the centre of Thurlestone down a quiet private road just a few minutes walk from the village shop, pub and hotel. The house has large comfortable rooms, is very well equipped, particularly for young children, enjoys panoramic sea views from the upstairs windows and is an ideal holiday base in this extremely popular village, with its 18 hole golf course, sandy beaches and superb cliff top walks.

Open porch to front door and spacious hallway. Very spacious living room, most comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs, a fireplace housing electric flame effect fire and with two sets of French doors. These open into a large furnished sunroom with sea views and garden terrace. Wide screen TV, video and DVD player (videos and DVD's provided) and stereo/CD system. Large dining table to seat 8. Fitted kitchen with sea view, range of cupboards, integral electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast table and chairs. Door to the garden. A utility room adjacent to the garage houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Stairs to spacious landing area with a sitting area and good views to the sea, TV with video player. Master bedroom with 5ft sleigh bed and large picture window, good sea views, TV, fitted cupboards and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second double bedroom, 4ft 6in sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes and large picture window with sea views. Twin bedroom with 3ft wrought iron bedsteads. Large bathroom with bath, basin, WC, bidet and shower cubicle. On the ground floor is the fourth large bedroom with sea views, 4ft 6in sleigh bed, TV and door into dressing area with fitted cupboards and door into ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, bidet and WC. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hall.
Outside: Steps lead up from the parking area to a lawn with borders. The main very attractive, south facing garden lies behind the property, is totally enclosed with large areas of lawn bordered by shrubs, mature trees and garden seats. A raised terrace on either side of the sun room leads to the garden provided with teak garden furniture and barbecue.
