Carpeted stairs from the entrance hall up to the double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with basin, WC and bath with handheld shower. Twin room with 3ft beds and built in wardrobe. Bathroom with basin, WC and bath with shower over.

Outside:
The patio area has table and chairs and steps up to a small lawn area (not enclosed), which opens out to the pathway that leads to the garage block.
