The cottage is most comfortable, well equipped, double glazed throughout and ideal for a couple wanting to get away from it all. With a superb shared indoor heated swimming pool and sauna housed alongside a picturesque fishing lake, the tranquillity of the location, its proximity to Bude and the fabulous beaches and cliffs of the Heritage coastline in this part of Devon and Cornwall, the Bolt Hole is indeed a good spot to escape to. The cottage is situated in Lakeview Rise, a small group of cottages set in 3.5 acres of peaceful Devon countryside with panoramic views across unspoilt woodland and farmland towards Dartmoor and borders a section of the Tarka Trail.

Accommodation:
Double glazed front door into carpeted living room. Comfortable sofa (this is a 4ft sofabed, suitable for one), leather recliner, small dining table, chairs and TV/video. The kitchen area is smart, very well equipped with ceramic hob, electric built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and microwave. Separate bedroom with 5ft double bed. Shower room with electric shower, basin and WC.
Laundry room on site wth coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside: The cottage has an area of partly railed decking immediately outside with table and chairs, a lovely spot to enjoy an evening drink and admire the views towards Dartmoor.

Facilities:
- Landscaped lawns extend without enclosure amongst the other cottages and slope down to the well-stocked fishing lake. (Bring own fishing equipment).
- The heated swimming pool (open all year) is approx 30ft x15ft, with steps down to a shallow end, extending to a deep end.
- His and Hers changing rooms, both with shower and WC.
-The Sauna is alongside the pool, so if you get too hot, plunge into the pool to cool off!
- Large open mown field alongside the lake with tables and chairs, built-in barbecue, children's play area with swings and climbing frame.
- The Tarka Trail runs beside the lake and it is a ten minute walk to the local pub.

Electric convector heating end September to Spring Bank Holiday £10 per week.
Pets: One small dog only please. £20 pet charge per pet per week.
