Toad Hall Cottages

Broome Court is a fine collection of beautifully converted farm buildings grouped around a delightful paved courtyard, bright with abundant flowering shrubs and pots that surround a pretty goldfish pond and tinkling fountain. The property is tucked into a south facing hill, overlooking undulating countryside that is rich in wildlife.
A pair of buzzards live in the valley below and often a kestrel roosts in a corner of the courtyard and it is not unusual to see a fox or badger roaming the neighbouring fields. Broome Court is a very peaceful spot, well away from the bustle of everyday life, yet just five minutes drive from the picturesque and historic Port of Dartmouth (see Page 5). The famous Blackpool Sands are a mile to the south of Broomhill and the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club a five minute drive away.
The cottages flank one side of the courtyard and are all tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The owners live on the other side of the courtyard and can provide bed and breakfast in their five Diamond accommodation for additional guests by arrangement.

Outside: All three cottages face over the pretty shared courtyard, which is supplied with outdoor seating.

The Granary Accommodation
The Granary occupies the south-east wing of Broome Court, all on one level on the first floor. Reached up stone external steps the front door leads into a spacious, beamed, open plan living room comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, TV, flame effect electric fire and built-in settles and chairs around the dining table. The kitchen area is well fitted and equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice compartment.
Two attractive bedrooms with fitted cupboards; a double bedroom (4ft 6in bed), TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, bidet, basin and WC; and a twin bedroom with 3ft beds and an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen (not towels), electricity included.
Central heating (gas and night store) end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 a week.
Pets: The owners have 'free range' dogs, therefore pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. Pet charge £20 per pet per week.
