This completely separate south facing, very comfortable wing of a modern country bungalow, is part of the owners' home on their Exmoor farm. With a suckler herd, sheep and magnificent Limousin bull called Loosebear Tip Top, staying here provides a great opportunity to enjoy life on the farm. Calving takes place in spring and autumn and lambing in spring. The owners are delighted to show guests over the farm and provide free farming advice! With Kitty and Kitty Cat, the cats and Gnat and Fly the sheepdogs providing yet more animal interest, glorious walks on the edge of Exmoor to be enjoyed (visit Moles Chamber a stunning view point from where you can see 5 different counties), yet only 10 miles from the sea, this is a great base for a holiday. The property, all on one level and suitable for partially disabled, is modern, comfortable and very well equipped, with a welcoming, delicious home-baked cake and milk provided on arrival.

Single Storied Accommodation
Entrance lobby. The spacious sitting/dining room has comfortable sofa and armchairs, Freeview TV, video/DVD and dining table with chairs for 4 and bench seating for 4/6. Well fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, grinder and liquidiser. Bathroom with bath, power shower over, basin and WC. There are three spacious bedrooms, two twin rooms with 3ft beds with two further 'Z' beds available and one double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed.

Outside: A small garden, safe for children is enclosed with hedges and fencing. Decking with garden furniture and lovely views.
