This fabulous light, bright, very spacious contemporary home has just been converted to a very high standard from an old barn and is situated in the centre of the charming village of South Pool, opposite the well known watering hole, The Millbrook Inn and a few steps from the creek that meanders out to the wide stretches of the Salcombe estuary. South Pool is considered to be one of the prettiest creek-side villages in the South Hams, with quaint colourful village cottages and a Saxon Church. The village is ideally central, close to the South Devon coastal path and provides wonderful walks along Devon's rugged coastline. There is much else to do in the area with sailing at Salcombe and Dartmouth and the Salcombe/Kingsbridge estuary to explore and all to be enjoyed from the extreme comfort of this most attractive reverse level home.

The Cottage is a smaller division of Church House and provides ideal accommodation for up to 5 persons in the low and mid seasons only.
The accommodation includes one staircase, the very spacious kitchen/living room together with bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 and the family bathroom. See Church House for full details.
Outside: Low posts and chains separate the property boundaries from the road at the front and there is a paved patio area and gravelled parking area for up to 3 cars. Steps curve up the side of the house to a gate that leads into the garden. This very private, totally enclosed, sunny spot is also accessed from the landing of the kitchen stairs and opens onto a paved area with garden furniture and barbecue. A few steps lead up to a lawn bordered by raised beds. Garden shed for cycle storage etc.
