An unpretentious looking property, Cranbourne is tucked in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac in the middle of the charming village of South Milton, a mile from the beautiful coastline of the South Hams. Superbly central for exploring this wonderful area, this property is fully carpeted, spotless, warm and comfortable with a pleasant courtyard garden and provides a good and inexpensive base in this prime holiday spot.

Entrance into hallway. Cloakroom with basin and WC and washer/dryer machine. Comfortable living room with chairs, a drop-leaf table, TV/DVD/video and stone hearth inset with a flame effect electric fire. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with an electric cooker with double oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dining table to seat 4 and fitted dresser with ample drawer space. Stairs to the landing. Attractive double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The twin bedroom has 2ft 6in beds and there is an adjacent bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside: A path leads around the side of the property into a paved and gravel courtyard garden provided with garden table, chairs and parasol.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels, and electricity included. Cot, stairgate and high chair by arrangement.
Heating (night storage) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.

Parking: On road in the cul-de-sac.
Sandy beach 1 mile. Pub, shop/PO at Thurlestone 2.5 miles. Kingsbridge with shops, Leisure Centre, restaurants 3 miles. Golf Club (handicap certificate required) 1 mile. Sailing at Salcombe 3 miles.
