Sympathetically converted from an old malthouse, Creek View forms one of a row of eight stone cottages with spectacular views down an estuary that harbours a wide variety of bird life, especially at low tide. Communal gardens give direct access to the water, with slipway nearby. Shops and a choice of pubs offering good home-made food are within walking distance. Close to the scenic National Trust Coastal Path, the beaches at Wembury and Mothecombe and public tennis courts, yet only 12 miles from the historic City of Plymouth, the cottage, which is comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard, offers an ideal holiday home.

Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged on three floors to make the most of the exceptional views. Front door to hallway and stairs up to west facing sitting room with sofas, easy chairs, dining table and six chairs, combined TV/video, DVD and CD/radio/cassette player. French doors to small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the creek. Small fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. Stairs up to two bedrooms. Double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) and twin bedroom (3ft beds), both with lovely creek views. Small bathroom, partly set into the eaves (mind your head), with bath with hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC. At ground floor level, off the entrance hall there is a further room with twin 3ft beds, TV/DVD player and adjoining WC and basin (no shower). Connecting door to large storage room with tumble drier , this is excellent for sailing/surfing/wet weather gear and bicycle storage. The cottage is heated by electric storage and dimplex heaters and is cosy in winter.

Outside: A private driveway giving access to all the cottages runs across the front of the properties with shared lawn edged with low walls that overlook the water. Slipway immediately opposite Creek View. Boat hire available.
