Creek View Cottage is a two storey detached house in a magnificent hillside position that boasts views across the Yealm to Newton Ferrers and also to the wooded landscape opposite. Noss Mayo, a very popular centre for sailing and boating, always has plenty of activity and bird life on the water as the tides flow in and out of the creek. Built in the 1970's, Creek Cottage has reverse level living with a balcony overlooking the river on the upper level, a terrace on the lower level and a further terrace with grass and shrub borders below. All the main rooms face the estuary and have large picture windows, giving the interior a bright and airy feel. Two excellent pubs are within walking distance, one of which is renowned for its good cuisine. The village of Newton Ferrers is 1 mile by road or a couple of hundred yards by causeway at low tide, and there you will find several shops and another pub as well as the Yealm Yacht Club.There is easy access from Noss Mayo to the National Trust coastal paths and the picturesque sandy beaches of Mothecombe and Wonwell are also just a short distance away. Plymouth is only 11 miles or take the bridge or ferry to Cornwall for the Eden project.

Accommodation
Entrance through stable door from parking area into reception and hallway. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Wooden latch door into comfortable, good sized living room with 2 seater settee and matching chair, two easy chairs, pine dining table that seats six, electric flame effect fire, TV with Freeview, video recorder, DVD player, selection of DVDs, videos and books. From living room, door out onto railed balcony. Kitchen with bay window, table and chairs, fitted pine cupboards, window with estuary views, built-in electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and radio/CD/cassette player. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the garage which is accessible from the kitchen. Stairs from hall lead down to lower hall with large airing cupboard and bathroom with bath, basin, WC and enclosed shower. Two twin bedrooms, both with 3ft beds, built-in wardrobes and vanity units with basin. One bedroom has 'Quick-Link' beds that can form a large double provided with a king size duvet. Single bedroom with 3ft bed, colour TV, clock/radio and lots of toys, books and games.

Small children may need supervision on steep steps outside between terraces.
