Crispins Cottage is gorgeous , a pretty romantic, detached stone Devon cottage set alongside the tidal waters of the beautiful Yealm estuary betwixt the twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo featuring a delightful enclosed waterside garden with a rowing boat included. Furnished with immense style and flair, the cottage has been beautifully restored. The eclectic mix of slate and oak flooring, choice chocolate and mushroom décor, mood lighting, sumptuous furnishings, and superb contemporary kitchen and bathroom all combine to make this a very special spot indeed. This is an outstanding, tranquil, 'toes in the water' setting, an exceptional waterside cottage for our most discerning of guests.

Accommodation:
French door opens into a spacious, attractive living room with feature wood burner and handsomely furnished with leather sofas and chair, 42" plasma screen TV with DVD, surround sound and Bose Ipod dock. The room extends into the superlative kitchen very well equipped with fitted cupboards, a Range cooker with gas hob, five rings, one a wok ring, a griddle, double ovens, grill and warmer drawer. Large integral fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dining table to seat 5 and double glazed doors open to the garden. Adjoining utility room has a large freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Carpeted stairs to the landing. Handsome double bedroom with 4ft 6in brass bedstead, lovely river views and a safe for valuables. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds (these can convert to a double with a large tempura mattress cover), fitted cupboard, comfortable sofa and river views. Fitted single bedroom with an electric (remote control) drop down single 2ft 6in bed, and fun 'ball' chair. Superb bathroom with large double ended Jacuzzi bath with shower over and folding shower doors, mood lighting, basin and WC.

Outside: A gated driveway leads into the enclosed gardens, bordered by a wall along the riverside and another property (unoccupied) at one end. The lawn area is provided with loungers, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a small raised deck area with table and chairs , a lovely spot to enjoy an evening meal , barbecue and chiminea provided. An opening in the wall, the quay, provides access to the water and mooring. Note: Children will need supervision in this area. River boat with oars provided, for use at own risk. Slipway 20 yards.
