Crofters Lodge is a privately owned, Finnish built Scandinavian, pine log lodge located right on the edge of Hartland Forest and set amongst a group of other lodges within 114 acres of parkland and lakes and with an 18 hole golf course. Set within this peaceful and picturesque setting, the lodges are an ideal base from which to explore the North Devon Heritage coast. Within a short scenic drive are miles of sandy beaches, surfing at Bude and Westward Ho!, the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly and historic port and antiques centre of Bideford.

Accommodation
Decking to the front door and into a reception entrance hall. The whole interior of the Lodge is attractive wood panelling with recessed spotlights, large windows and a glass sliding door from the living area onto a decked surround. Door into open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The living room has two 3 seater sofas (one a sofa bed), TV/DVD/video, CD player and beautiful views across the lakes, and open countryside. Dining area with table and seating for eight. Kitchen with worktops to 3 sides, electric hob and built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. To the other side of the lodge are a double bedroom with 5ft bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC and two twin bedrooms with two 3ft beds and fitted wardrobes and a shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Outside: The Lodge is sited amongst other similar lodges and has grassed areas to all sides for anyone wishing to sit out or sunbathe. Raised decking with a table and chairs is attached to the lodge alongside the living and dining areas.
