This charming converted detached former coach house is in the grounds of Dodbrooke House, originally the Rectory, close to the precincts of Dodbrooke church, and situated up a leafy private drive just a third of a mile from the centre of the attractive estuary town of Kingsbridge. The cottage is within walking distance of the popular main street with excellent shops, good pubs, restaurants and superb leisure centre with indoor swimming pool.

Accommodation
Arched, Gothic style front door into lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer. Arched door into the living room. This attractive room has pine-clad walls, beamed pine ceiling and unusual arched windows, armchairs and a comfy sofa, TV/video, radio and a pine table seating 6. The compact kitchen area is very well equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, combination microwave and small fridge. Open tread pine stairs up to the landing. Small children's room with one full size 3ft bed and a single bunk bed (5ft 10in long) set above a low fitted wardrobe with shelves, drawers and a ladder. Attractive main double bedroom with pine bedstead (4ft 6in bed). Dual aspect windows. Pretty tiled bathroom fitted in pine, has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: 100 yard drive into gravelled forecourt. Guests have the use of the owners' lovely garden accessible via a grass pathway alongside the house and featuring lawns, large shady trees, a woodland walk and a pretty lily pond. Garden table and chairs.
