Tucked away amidst soft rolling countryside, just inland from the stunning South Devon coastline, The Dovecote, which is suitable for disabled, is one of a small group of properties that share this beautiful valley. Nothing detracts from the idyllic setting, so come to this lovely place to relax, savour the space and enjoy all the wonderful shared leisure facilities available. There is a superb 36ft x 18ft indoor heated swimming pool, and a woodland trail through the private valley with 45 acres to explore. Fishing in two beautiful lakes for carp, roach, rudd and others, or try the fly for brown and rainbow trout (tuition available). If this is not enough, both clay or rough/pigeon shooting can be arranged, along with salmon/sea trout and wild brown trout fishing on an exclusive stretch of the River Avon. Half day bespoke tours of the South Hams in an open top Vintage Bentley will surely add the cream to the top of this trifle of delights! Valley Springs is an experience not to be missed.

Accommodation:
Wide double glazed doors open into the most attractive spacious living room with wood laminate flooring, a rug and handsomely furnished with 3 sofas, wide screen TV with DVD/video and radio/CD player. Floor to ceiling windows and patio doors open to the verandah and make the most of the fine valley views. The circular dining table seats 6 and the well-fitted and equipped kitchen area has beech units, built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer and microwave. A cupboard houses a washing machine.
The ground floor twin bedroom has 3ft beds, fitted wardrobes and washbasin. (A 'Z' bed, suitable for a child only, is available for use in any room.) Separate smart ground floor bathroom with roll top bath (central taps), basin and WC. Stairs to landing. Twin bedroom (3ft beds) with fitted cupboard and double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, basin and WC.

Outside: The decked verandah runs across the width of the cottage, is provided with table, chairs, barbecue and gated steps down to the grounds. There is parking adjacent to the cottage and the drive extends on down the valley to the lakes. There is a ramp up to the front door. The cottage is surrounded by sloping lawns and within the grounds are attractive gardens and ponds. The swimming pool is accessed up steps across a sun terrace.

Note: All facilities are included. Anglers will need a national rod licence. Fishing tackle available for hire and payment required for trout retained. Bentley tours, river fishing and tuition for both fishing and shooting at extra cost and by arrangement.
